Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of rice
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 garlic heads
  • 1/2 or 1 lb steak
  • 1 Jumbo Avocado
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice (optional)

Instructions

Step 1

mince garlic heads and put it into the pan

Step 2

fry garlic with olive oil and add the 1/2 cup of dry rice

Step 3

low/medium heat for 4min or to desired garlic flavor

Step 4

add dry rice to the garlic/olive oil mixture

Step 5

mix it well and add 1 cup of water (1.7x-2x the rice quantity)

cook in low on a closed lid until all the water dries out

Prepare the Steak: Salt and pepper

Steer one side first on a high temperature pan

Step 9

each side for ~5 minutes for a mid/mid well interior

Cut the steak in thin slices

Remove avocado from the outer shell to only extract the fruits insides

Cut the avocado in slices and prepare the avocado lemon seasoning

for the avocado, cut 1/2 lemon and extract lemon juice

add 1 tablespoons of olive oil to the lemon juice

Pour then spread the lemon/olive oil mixture to avocado

Dish up and serve, enjoy a delicious, steak with rice and avocado for a nutritious meal, feel free to add a boiled of fried egg on top of the dish, it can definitely complement it up
